Happy 25th birthday IVA!

It’s 25 years since the Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) was born! The modern alternative to bankruptcy was given Royal Assent on 25 July 1986 as party of the Insolvency Act 1986, and came into force on 29 December that year.
