If you’re a CCCS DMP client, why not use our OnlineDMP service? Rather than receiving a statement through the post each month we can email you when your latest DMP statement is ready to view online.
Use OnlineDMP and you’ll have more control over your account, and be able to amend your income and expenditure at a moment’s notice.
You’ll also be doing your bit for the environment with less paper and fewer envelopes used, and reduced printing.
How do you set up your OnlineDMP?
Log in to our OnlineDMP service using your client reference number and your password (you would have been sent a password when you started your DMP; if you’ve forgotten or lost it click on “forgotten password”).
To view your latest statement, go to ‘My statements’ to see it straight away.
What else can you do?
While you’re logged into our OnlineDMP service you can also:
- Transfer debts
- Update balances and account numbers
- Change your address and other contact details
It’s quick and easy to set up
With our OnlineDMP service you can successfully manage your debt management plan online, at the click of a mouse.
